COMPETITION TERMS and CONDITIONS

Be into Win with the "LegaSea Turkish Bread Card Sharks Promotion” (the “Promotion”)

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to all New Zealand residents. Employees or contractors of the Promoters, their agencies and partners associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter the Promotion for a chance to win one of ten Hydro-Force Kahawai stand up Paddleboards including a LegaSea merchandise pack each worth over $1000 (the Grand Prize) you must use the unique code from a competition entry card found inside packs of specially marked "Card Sharks" Turkish Bread pizza bases. These specially marked packs also contain 3 free Card Sharks collector cards.
4. To enter the 15 digit unique code found on the "Be in to Win" cards you must visit the web page www.legasea.co.nz/win and follow the instructions to enter the unique code, register your first name, last name, address, email address, and contact phone number. (as “the Entrant”).
5. In addition to the Paddleboard Grand Prize bundles there are also 200 Instant win $50 Marine Deals vouchers to be won. These Instant win voucher prizes have been randomly linked to 200 of the unique codes and if you are fortunate enough to enter one of these unique codes you will be notified instantly to enable you to claim your voucher. Winning vouchers must be redeemed from Marine Deals by 31st October 2023 and may be used for any purchases on the Marine Deals website. www.marine-deals.co.nz
6. You may enter the Promotion as many times as you like although only one entry per unique entry code is accepted.
7. All entries whether you are an instant winner or not will automatically qualify you for the Grand Prize Draw.
8. The last date for entry into the promotion is Tuesday 15th August 2023 with the Grand Prize Draw taking place on Wednesday 16th August 2023.
9. Entrants into the promotion accept that their name and email address will be added to the LegaSea database to receive LegaSea’s free monthly newsletter. Entrants may unsubscribe from the LegaSea database at any time however to qualify to win the Grand Prizes in this Promotion the Entrant must be subscribed to the LegaSea database on the date of the Grand Prize draw (Wednesday 16th August 2023)
10. Entrants into the promotion will be asked if you want to subscribe to the Marine Deals database. This is optional and will not affect their entry to the prize draw.
11. Entrants under the age of 13 who do not have their own email address may use the email address of their parent or guardian providing they have permission from their parent or guardian.
12. If a winner of a prize is under the age of 13 the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
13. LegaSea will notify the winners as soon as possible following the prize draws using the email address or the phone number provided by the Entrant.
14. If the winners are not contactable within 30 days following a prize draw the prize will be redrawn.
15. The prizes are not exchangeable for other equipment or cash.
16. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoters database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Late, misdirected, illegal, incomplete, illegible or mistyped entries are invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for any invalid entries or for any technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and to modify, terminate or reschedule the Promotion, and to substitute any of the prizes for a similar prize of the same value.
18. The winners agree to their names and photographs being published in connection with the Promotion through various media including social media without compensation.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter of the "Be into Win" prize package is LegaSea.
